Hall Rental

Rentals include up to six hours, including setup and cleanup. Full payment is due one month before the event.

• A fire company member must be present for all outside rentals and will oversee the event, cleanup, and return of tables and chairs to their original arrangement.
• Saturday rentals must end by 4:00 p.m.
• Rentals are not available on Tuesday evenings.
• All other events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

• Fewer than 100 guests, no alcohol: $350
• More than 100 guests or any event with alcohol: $450
• Additional time beyond six hours: $75 per hour
• Wake rental, up to six hours: $75

Security Deposit: A $350 refundable security deposit is required. The deposit will generally be returned within one week, provided the hall is clean, undamaged, and restored to its original condition.

Event Monitors

• Monitor fee: $75 per monitor for the first six hours
• Additional monitor time: $15 per hour, per monitor
• Larger events may require multiple monitors

There is no rental fee for approved charitable or community benefit events, including blood drives and fundraisers for members or community members. Events held for personal profit are not eligible. Kitchen use is included.

• A fire company member must be present and will receive a $75 monitor fee.
• Non-fire company benefit rentals require a $350 refundable deposit.
• Renters are responsible for obtaining any required Small Games of Chance or liquor licenses.

• West Deer Township nonprofits: 50% off the standard rental fee
• Nonprofits outside the township: Standard rental fee applies
• Two fire company monitors are required at $75 each for the first six hours.

Renters must obtain any required Small Games of Chance or liquor licenses.
